Jing is a software program that was actually designed in order to allow you to capture and share both videos and images. It is a small file to download because it is only 8.2 MB. It is compatible with both Windows XP and Windows Vista. It has a very nice history features, and you are able to save a video to an image. Plus, it is discreet but still accessible, and it also includes a Facebook output. The only downsides to using this particular program are the fact that it has limited editing, and sometimes, it has been known to lag at times when using it.
